Fitness training continues in Semester 2

Athletics and general fitness training will continue as per term 2 on Monday afternoons (3pm) and Friday mornings (8am). This is a great opportunity for students to get active with friends or improve general and sport-specific fitness. Personal programs can also be developed to suit student exercise and fitness needs. The school gym will also be available for use as the term progresses. We would love to see students take advantage of this fantastic opportunity.
