Monday afternoon fitness training (3pm-4:30pm) at the
school’s student centre is here for all interested students! If you want to
improve your strength, endurance and general fitness in order to achieve your
sporting and general health goals, then come and see Mr Walker Junior in
staffroom 1 ASAP to book your place in the training group. This is a fantastic,
no-cost opportunity to have fun with friends whilst participating in a training
program, which utilises the gym and school facilities to improve your fitness.
