The school offers basic diagnostic support for student owned laptops at our ICT Help Desk. However, warranty, security, insurance and maintenance is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
The installation of anti-virus software is a compulsory requirement. Laptops require anti-virus software to connect to the school network.

Students will be given a MIS ID, this account is their Education Queensland account. This account will allow the student to access the school computers, email and office 365. The details to sign into each service are the same (MIS ID). Students can be given their MIS account details by teachers and I.T Technical Staff at VPSHS. They will need to sign in and set a password the first time they access the account.

Using the link above, head over to the VPSHS Daymap and click the Forgot Your Password Link. You will need to enter in your MIS ID and this will send you an email with a password reset link. Once you have set a password you can sign into DayMap.

Using the link above, head over to the VIVO website and click the Forgot Your Password Link. You will need to enter in your school email address (MIS ID@eq.edu.au). This will send you an email with a password reset link. Once you have set a password you will be able to sign into Vivo with the domain VPSHS.
