The payment office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:45pm.

​METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR SCHOOL INVOICES/STATEMENTS

At Victoria Point State High School we have a number of ways for parents/guardians to pay their children's school fees, excursions/activities throughout the year.

 

BPOINT (preferred method of payment):

Phone payment can be made via BPOINT External link or via phone 1300 631 073.

This information is found on the bottom left hand corner of Invoices and Statements. A receipt is emailed to you for printing.

This option allows you to pay by Credit Card at any time 24/7. Details will be taken by Interactive Voice Response. Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard are accepted. Please have your account and credit card details ready when you call 1300 631 073.

​Note: It is now a requirement that all phone payments be made using this secure BPOINT line, phone payments will no longer be accepted by the school. If you call the school wanting to pay, you will be transferred to the secure BPOINT line. Details are on the bottom left hand corner of all Invoices and Statements.

 

IN PERSON:

Open Monday to Friday each week, Morning hours: 8.00am to 3:45pm for both students and parents to pay over the counter and receive a receipt immediately. You can pay either by Cash or EFTPOS and both Debit and Credit Cards are accepted.  

 

CENTREPAY:

For those families who receive Centrelink payments each fortnight- a direct debit arrangement may be organized between Centrelink, our families and Victoria Point State High School where school fees are paid off fortnightly over the course of the year. You are able to arrange your deductions to be started by completing a form through school.

QPARENT:

Payments can be made through QPARENT sign in. This is also a good way to track invoices and payments history at any time. You can also see – attendance details, timetables and report cards of students. Please contact reception Ph. 3820 5888 for an invitation to be sent​.​
